- After 14 days, the trial ends automatically. No contract, no automatic renewal, we don’t charge anything. If you want to continue, just get in touch with us. We’ll discuss the right licence and activate you.
- Do you help with switching from another software?
- Yes, if you're switching from another software, we'll help you import your customers, accounting and invoice history. Just tell us in the request field which software you're coming from.
- Where is my data stored?
- Truecode Engineering GmbH is based in Switzerland. The servers are located in a certified data center in Germany (Hetzner), compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes, anytime. You can download and take your customers, accounting and invoices as Excel or CSV if you ever want to move elsewhere.
